The Coruscant Library
At last I have found time to improve the Enyclopedia, Coruscant Library. Was a mammoth task! But the Library is looking better than ever before, take a look. Browse a bit, and you will get an idea. Some of the links might not work; or may go to absurd pages, but nothing worth pulling the arms off a gundark over.

Doesn't everybody know already?
It's all over the net; if you are a Star Wars fan. You shouldn't have missed it. But if you have, here it is. The Episode I VHS can be pre-ordered from today; with delivery from the 4th of April. The Official Site is offering a Collector's pack with a free poster and other great stuff. A must-buy! Check it out!

Homing Beacon go Home...
The first installment of the "Homing Beacon", starwars.com's official newsletter to registered members, has arrived.

And it's a major disappointment. No news. No features. No content. Just good graphics, good design, and links back to the main site. I hope it improves with age; because the way it is right now, I would classify it as "junk mail".

Star Wars Calendar of Events at the Cantina
We at GalaxyFarAway.com have started a calendar of events, specifically for Star Wars. Check out current events, and submit events regarding your site, conventions, release dates or official events. If it's Star Wars, it belongs here!

Buzz, I am your father...
Ok.. maybe everybody already knows about this; but I had to comment about it myself. I just saw Toy Story 2 and there are some hilarious references to Star Wars.
There were a lot of sounds from Star Wars at diferent points; but the funniest was when Buzz Lightyear is fighting Emperor Zurg, Buzz says, "You killed my father Zurg." And Zurg replies, "No, I am your father." Buzz gives a Luke-esque "Nooooooooooooo!"
See. Everybody loves Star Wars!

The final word on TPM on DVD
The Official Site has reported on the availability of TPM on DVD; and has quoted Producer Rick McCallum as saying the following:

"George hopes to do something special with the DVD release but he isn’t available to work on it right now since we’re in pre-production on Episode II, with principal photography scheduled to begin this summer in Australia. Until George has some time to concentrate on it, we don't anticipate releasing any of the Star Wars movies on DVD in the foreseeable future."
